Principle: Faith, be courageous in life, have faith not fear.

Last week in class we had a great time doing a fun simulation led by Molly Christensen.  As we have been reading "How to Win Friends and Influence People," she based her simulation on a great quote from Dale Carnegie

“Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.”

The youth did some little games/activities that were designed to help them get out of their comfort zone and act! Reaching out to others and not being afraid to let their own light shine.  It was so fun and the youth did great! Thank you Sister Christensen!!!

INSPIREMENTS

Well, folks, this next week is the last day of our regular classes.  As such, the inspirements for this week are reflective and we highly encourage every one of you to do each of them, to reward yourself for a great year of hard work and great learning!

1. Review the amazing principles we have studied in Core Leadership this year by browsing through the blog from September's entries through April. Re-watch some of the videos. Read through your entries in your Truth Journal.

2. Make a list of the principles we've studied each month along with a brief description of each principle in your Truth Book. Be prepared to teach the class about each principle.

3. Write about and prepare to teach about the most meaningful thing you learned in Core Leadership related to one of the principles and/or inspirements.
